But the timing is good.
I have the new p/t job stocking shelves at a bookstore - which is surprisingly enjoyable (not to mention all of the "ooh! I have to read that!" books I discover). Of course, it's seasonal, but who knows, right?
And I think part of my hesitancy to start something on my own as a trainer-ish-type (lol!), is because I spent so much time around that well-established group of people who, I guess, made me often feel like there was nothing I could offer that they'd be interested in. But I know that's not the truth. I gave my friend a lesson a couple weeks ago and I had so much fun showing her some things and teaching her to get more out of her (fantastic!) thoroughbred mare. I hope I get do it again!
I was thinking about doing video journals with training clips and share them online in a blog or something. But I need a video camera, elsewise I'll be borrowing my sister's camera a lot, lol.
No matter. Time tells all.
